FLEXIBLE PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS:
Complimentary Initial Consultation
Purpose:
~Districts committing to a school-year partnership receive preferred founding partner pricing, priority scheduling, and the ability to retain their established rates for the duration of the partnership.
Tier 1: Systems Support Partnership
Up to 3 consulting days per month (approximately 18–21 hours of consulting support)
Ongoing consultation to support district teams in strengthening special education systems, behavior supports, and educator capacity.
Consultation with district and building leaders
FBA/BIP consultation and behavior support planning
Problem-solving support for student and classroom needs
Guidance on inclusive practices and systems alignment
District-identified priorities
Tier 2: Embedded District Partnership
Up to 4 consulting days per month (approximately 24–28 hours of consulting support)
Consistent, embedded support to strengthen implementation across classrooms, teams, and systems.
Includes all Tier 1 services, plus:
Increased on-site presence and coaching
Direct support for educators implementing behavior supports
Classroom observation and feedback
Ongoing collaboration with district leadership
Support for more complex or high-need student situations
Tier 3: Comprehensive Systems Partnership
Up to 5–6 consulting days per month (approximately 30–42 hours of support)
Includes all Tier 2 services, plus:
Comprehensive, embedded partnership supporting both district systems and day-to-day implementation across schools.
Ongoing leadership consultation with Director of Special Education
Systems alignment (discipline, IEP practices, behavior systems)
Coaching across multiple schools or teams
Support for high-need or complex student cases
Facilitation of district teams or problem-solving meetings
Professional development planning and delivery
Support with compliance and program review processes
Highest priority scheduling

Half-Day Training (up to 3.5 hours)
Full-Day Training (up to 6 hours)
