Complimentary Initial Consultation

Purpose:

  • Learn about the district's needs
  • Determine whether ACCESS Education Consulting is a good fit

    Founding District Partnership: 2026-2027 School Year Commitment

~Districts committing to a school-year partnership receive preferred founding partner pricing, priority scheduling, and the ability to retain their established rates for the duration of the partnership.

Tier 1: Systems Support Partnership

  • Up to 3 consulting days per month (approximately 18–21 hours of consulting support)
  • Ongoing consultation to support district teams in strengthening special education systems, behavior supports, and educator capacity.
  • Consultation with district and building leaders
  • FBA/BIP consultation and behavior support planning
  • Problem-solving support for student and classroom needs
  • Guidance on inclusive practices and systems alignment
  • District-identified priorities

Tier 2: Embedded District Partnership

  • Up to 4 consulting  days per month (approximately 24–28 hours of consulting support)
  • Consistent, embedded support to strengthen implementation across classrooms, teams, and systems.
  • Includes all Tier 1 services, plus:
  • Increased on-site presence and coaching
  • Direct support for educators implementing behavior supports
  • Classroom observation and feedback
  • Ongoing collaboration with district leadership
  • Support for more complex or high-need student situations

Tier 3: Comprehensive Systems Partnership

  • Up to 5–6 consulting days per month (approximately 30–42 hours of support)
  • Includes all Tier 2 services, plus:
  • Comprehensive, embedded partnership supporting both district systems and day-to-day implementation across schools.
  • Ongoing leadership consultation with Director of Special Education
  • Systems alignment (discipline, IEP practices, behavior systems)
  • Coaching across multiple schools or teams
  • Support for high-need or complex student cases
  • Facilitation of district teams or problem-solving meetings
  • Professional development planning and delivery
  • Support with compliance and program review processes
  • Highest priority scheduling

    Professional Development

  • Half-Day Training (up to 3.5 hours) 
  • Full-Day Training (up to 6 hours)   
    *Slide Deck and handouts included

Topics may include:

  • Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Reducing exclusionary discipline practices
  • Building equitable behavioral systems
  • Strengthening inclusive classroom practices
  • Behavioral progress monitoring and data systems
  • Custom training topics available based on district needs

Targeted Consultation Session: 

  • Additional consultation beyond the monthly partnership tiers 

Custom Partnerships

  • ACCESS Education Systems Consulting recognizes that every district has unique needs and priorities. Custom partnership agreements, including adjusted levels of support, can be developed in collaboration with district leadership.
